RULES
- You must be subscribed to Blushing Artisan on YouTube.
- You must favorite this video on Youtube. (Make sure I can verify this if you win)
- Only open to U.S. and Canada residents.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent to enter. I will need your address to ship the prize if you win.
- One entry per social media site. Up to 5 entries per prize (subscribe/follow/add YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Blog, + Beautylish). Make sure I am able to verify you are a subscriber on each social media site.
- Fill out an entry form for any prize (below with pictures).
- Winner announced at http://blushingartisan.com on January 16, 2012.
- Winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize before I draw another winner.
